Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Tax & Treasury (GBS) to manage Company's global tax and treasury operations. The role is responsible for global tax compliance, transfer pricing, treasury management, global cash flow, banking relationships, cash forecasting, capital investments, financial reporting, and process improvements while partnering closely with the Global CFO and finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage global federal, state, and local tax compliance.

- Minimize the company's effective tax rate within legal guidelines.

- Handle global tax reporting, tax provisions, and tax financial reporting.

- Manage transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, documentation, and compliance.

- Research U.S. and international tax matters and advise management.

- Coordinate U.S. and Canadian tax compliance activities.

- Manage global treasury operations, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and worldwide cash balances.

- Support funding requirements, intercompany loans, debt structuring, and capital investments.

- Drive treasury process improvements and centralization initiatives.

- Collaborate with the CFO, Regional Finance Teams, Commercial Teams, Corporate Accounting, and Global Business Services.
