Manager - Tax & Treasury - GBS - CA

Purpose of Job

This role will manage all of company's federal, state and local tax programs and will be responsible for managing and maintaining the treasury function of the Company under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Outcomes

- Maximize value via management of the worldwide tax rate

- Coordinate and accumulate tax financial reporting information

- Research U.S. and foreign tax issues and advise Management

- Perform various U.S. and Canadian tax compliance functions

- Oversee the management and planning for transfer pricing

- Treasury Management - Cash and Strategic planning

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant

- 10+ years' experience in a corporate tax environment.

- Technical tax expertise, Transfer pricing & interco structures, Treasury & cash management, Financial reporting & controls
