
The role is responsible for shaping and executing a holistic talent strategy that strengthens workforce capability, elevates employee experience, and supports long- term organizational success. This position partners closely with leadership to build a culture that empowers people, nurtures potential, and drives performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Talent Strategy & Workforce Development:
- Design and deliver an integrated talent roadmap covering performance, growth, capability-building, and succession planning.
- Introduce scalable development pathways, enabling employees to build skills, prepare for future roles, and pursue career advancement.
- Identify critical skills and talent gaps and work with leaders to implement targeted development initiatives.
Performance & Capability Management:
- Lead the full performance cycle, including KPI setting, evaluation frameworks, developmental conversations, and continuous feedback practices.
- Implement leadership and capability-building programs to strengthen managerial effectiveness and prepare emerging leaders for expanded responsibilities.
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Excellence:
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring teams to forecast talent needs, create compelling job descriptions, and design hiring strategies that attract qualified candidates.
- Support end- to- end recruitment processes to ensure efficient and fair selection practices.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Develop initiatives that enhance workplace culture, promote wellbeing, and improve employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with managers to identify high- potential employees and create personalized growth and development plans.
Diversity, Inclusion & Culture:
- Drive initiatives that encourage diversity in the workforce and embed inclusive practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Promote behaviors that align with organizational values and contribute to a collaborative, respectful environment.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change Enablement:
- Stay updated on external talent trends and incorporate industry best practices into ongoing improvements.
- Support leadership in executing change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and organizational transformations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- 6-10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR-functions, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders across various levels.
- Proven experience designing and executing talent programs aligned with business needs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem- solving abilities.
