Objective : The role partners with the business (Bangladesh operations) and TM, OD & L&D India team to enable the Talent and Learning strategy through planning and implementing specific initiatives across Bangladesh geography. Job Responsibilities : - Drive and implement Talent Management initiatives based on the requirements for the specific function, team or geography to help accelerate people performance and deliver business results - Support talent identification, development & retention interventions including assessment, identification of critical and high potential talent, creation of development plans, mentoring assignments, talent review and succession planning - Collaborate with business to assess business specific Learning & Development requirements, accordingly propose and develop most suited interventions, communicate and drive their implementation - Curate customized individual and group learning journeys for key cohorts in the geography by leveraging multidisciplinary elements for immersive experience - Develop and track learning metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning & development programs and create monthly and quarterly dashboards - Work closely with business to identify talent specific requirements and support career movements in line with individual career aspirations, capability and organization needs - Support for the competency framework creation and deployment across the geography - Collaborate with business and CoE teams in India to develop, customize and execute campaigns and initiatives that help build and promote the company employer of choice Required : - 3-5 years' experience with exposure in TM/L&D - Masters / PG Diploma in Human Resources - Prior experience in Plant HR role would be good to have
