Manager - Talent Management (IT Services/Tech Startup)

Great opportunity for HR Professionals with strong talent and performance management experience.

This role offers the opportunity to work on various aspects of Talent & Performance Management, including talent development, performance and talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational development initiatives.

The candidates should have prior experience in the IT Services/analytics sector in a fast-paced environment along with substantial experience working on Talent management Projects. This is a highly employee focused, culture and performance building role and needs someone who has demonstrated success in the same.

This role offers great opportunity to take your career to the next level as you would get to work with a global mid sized organization that is scaling up very fast and has niche talent pool.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing professional expertise and support in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise talent review and performance management processes.

- Driving end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance check-ins, calibration, and final evaluations.

- Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.

- Creating and maintaining an environment that promotes equal employment opportunity, diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligned with the organization's DE&I strategy.

- Preparing talent dashboards, leadership insights, and talent review summaries to support strategic workforce planning and talent discussions.

- Collecting and coordinating aggregate talent data across business units, and translating insights through data analysis to drive actionable talent strategies and leadership decisions.

To fit the bill:

- 6+ years of experience in Talent & Performance management.

- Engineering degree followed by an MBA in HR from a top B school.

- Work experience in IT/Analytics/ SAAS companies.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
