Job Summary:
The role is part of the Talent Development CoE responsible for assisting in designing and deploying cutting edge talent practices across company spanning its Tech, Category, Supply Chain and Corporate BUs. Reporting to Associate Director-Talent Management, this role supports critical talent processes viz. Talent Reviews, Succession Management, Org Design, Skills Based Organisation, Workforce Planning and interventions on Career Development. The role also supports critical relationships within the HR function and Business to ensure successful deployment of talent practices and internal capability development. The role involves working on critical org wide change projects to move the organization meaningfully towards the envisioned Talent Development North Star.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in deploying Talent Reviews in partnership with BU HR
- Ensure governance on Succession Management and partner with internal teams on Successor Development
- Design (and improve) Talent processes & policies based on org need and feedback
- Reinforce Career Development through employee/leader interventions
- Support in Workforce planning and building ecosystem readiness of the org
- Supports in Org Design and helping track the same for the organisation
- Support in designing and keeping the Skills Based Organisation relevant & updated
- Work towards ensuring the tech deployment of the Talent processes
