Role & responsibilities

- Oversee Performance, and Succession Planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational timelines and standards.

- Maintain and update SOPs in line with guidelines, documenting workflows for timely and accurate resolution.

- Monitor SLAs and turnaround times across all activities, driving operational efficiency and process improvements.

- Ensure consistent communication and compliance across the team to promote transparency and accountability.

- Establish a robust escalation management framework and mentor team members on performance and behavioral competencies.

- Manage the launch and delivery of Behavioral Feedback Assessments ensuring smooth execution and actionable insights.

Mandatory skills - Performance management, Talent management, survey design, Cornerstone or Moodle or Articulate

Team Management experience is mandatory

This is a US Shift role (6 pm to 3 am)

Hybrid role - 1 Week in a month Work from Office
