Location: Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh (On-site, manufacturing plant)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Management professional to build and drive end-to-end talent strategies for a fast-growing manufacturing setup.

This role will play a critical part in shaping performance culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement in a greenfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a comprehensive talent management framework.

- Lead performance management, goal setting, and appraisal processes.

- Drive learning & leadership development programs.

- Support talent acquisition in collaboration with HRBPs.

- Develop succession plans, HiPo identification, and career pathways.

- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with growth goals.

- Support culture building, change management, and D&I initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Talent Management / OD.

- Mandatory experience in manufacturing or plant-based environments.

- Exposure to food manufacturing is a strong advantage.

- Proven experience in building HR/talent frameworks.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
