- Manage and mentor analytics teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Analytics and Data Consulting

- Strong background in HR Compensation Analytics

- Proven experience in process governance, KPI definition, and dashboards

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in UK and US shifts with a hybrid working model
