
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute high-volume hiring initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in bulk hiring, preferably in blue-collar, entry-level, or frontline roles, and should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage bulk hiring drives across multiple business units and locations
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies for volume hiring (e.g., field hiring, job fairs, campus drives, employee referrals, vendor management)
- Manage a team of recruiters and ensure targets are met within defined timelines
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning and hiring forecasts
- Optimize recruitment funnels to ensure efficiency and quality of hire
- Build strong vendor partnerships and manage external recruitment partners for volume hiring
- Implement ATS systems and dashboards for tracking hiring metrics and performance
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations
- Regularly report hiring status and analytics to senior leadership
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical bulk roles
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in bulk/volume hiring
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques for blue/grey collar and mass hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, retail, staffing agencies)
- Ability to manage large-scale hiring events and campaigns
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
