
A valued client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPM service provider in the healthcare sector, is looking for talent acquisition professionals with experience in the US healthcare domain, based in Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing the execution of end to end recruitment process of staffing for volume hiring
- Should be able to plan and execute hiring plan for business accounts
- Ensuring smooth functioning of the recruitment process while maintaining compliance to procedures and policy guidelines.
- Executing the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT
- Managing internal stakeholders and ensuring that business meets their hiring numbers.Be a strategic partner to the business by providing market intelligence & key analysis on a regular basis
- Utilizing all the available resources to their maximum potential to ensure that hiring targets are achieved at an optimal cost.
- Should effectively manage the team, ensure they are motivated and guide them to achieve desired results,
Skills:
- Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good Analytical Skills
- Excellent in MS Office
