Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing and accomplished professional to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead strategic technology campus hiring initiatives. This is a dynamic and high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders while shaping the organization's campus recruiting strategy.

The role focuses on attracting top engineering talent from leading institutions, strengthening campus engagement practices, and building innovative recruitment programs for technology roles. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in technology campus hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment program execution.

This position will initially function as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to transition into a people management role within 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Recruitment Strategy:

- Design and execute technology campus recruitment strategies across leading engineering institutions.

- Manage end-to-end campus hiring for technology roles, including Core Tech, Systems, and QTE roles.

- Build strong relationships with engineering colleges and campus placement teams.

Campus Engagement & Branding:

- Lead initiatives to strengthen the organization's campus branding and engagement strategy.

- Develop innovative engagement models including hackathons, tech talks, networking events, and competitions.

- Identify and implement non-traditional campus recruiting methods to attract high-quality candidates.

Recruitment Program Execution:

- Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruitment activities such as:

- Campus presentations

- Networking events

- Office visits

- Technical interviews

- Campus engagement initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to align recruitment strategies with talent needs.

- Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and campus partners.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting:

- Manage and monitor the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for campus recruitment programs.

- Track and analyze entry-level hiring metrics and recruitment data.

- Generate reports and insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple campus hiring projects simultaneously.

- Ensure smooth coordination between campuses, hiring teams, and recruitment stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier-1 business school

- 4-7 years of total recruiting experience, with a strong focus on campus hiring

- Minimum 2 years of experience in technology campus recruitment

- Latest experience must be in technology campus hiring

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Required Skills:

- End-to-end campus recruitment experience

- Strong stakeholder management capabilities

- Experience in project management and recruitment program execution

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring campaigns simultaneously

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in people management or mentoring teams (particularly for candidates with 6-7 years of experience)

- Exposure to campus branding and engagement strategies

- Experience organizing large-scale campus hiring events

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
