Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization. - Candidate Sourcing: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future openings through various sourcing channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry associations. - Selection Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. - Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
