We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with 710 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from the real estate industry.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Industry: Real Estate (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles in the real estate domain.
- Partner with business heads to understand hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
- Build effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from screening to onboarding.
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes and company policies.
Desired Profile:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector.
- Proven experience hiring for technical, sales, construction, and leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
