Role Overview: The Manager - Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent for our product development teams. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying job requirements to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire exceptional talent for our product development teams. - Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, create detailed job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques. - Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks. - Utilize behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, industry organizations, and other talent sources. - Collaborate with HR team members to develop and enhance the employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies. - Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications and Requirements: - Any Bachelor's degree (Engineering will be preferred). Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a technology-driven product development environment. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods. - Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and meeting hiring targets. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment process. - Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. - Professional certifications in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., CIR, PHR, SHRM-CP) are desirable.
