Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Organizational Alignment
- Contribute to the development of team objectives aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Drive strategic workforce planning through accurate hiring forecasts, indent management, and contingency planning.
- Ensure recruitment delivery is aligned with long-term business priorities and talent strategies.
Project Delivery & Execution Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of recruitment for assigned practices, including active involvement in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across business functions.
- Manage departmental and cross-functional recruitment projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Track progress, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure optimal resource utilization and high stakeholder satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management & Recruitment Advisory
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders through structured communication and consultative guidance.
- Provide data-backed recruitment insights using market intelligence, talent trends, and competitive analysis.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on strategic talent needs.
Team Leadership & Performance Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters by setting clear expectations and performance metrics.
- Manage delegation, monitor productivity, and implement career development plans for team members.
- Ensure recruitment outcomes directly support billable headcount targets and revenue objectives.
Process Optimization, Compliance & Cost Control
- Implement lean, compliant, and standardized recruitment workflows that ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes for quality and speed.
- Manage and monitor recruitment budgets to ensure cost control and financial accountability.
- Champion employer branding initiatives and leverage market insights to strengthen the organizations talent brand.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in hiring niche talent at scale within tight turnaround times.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Market Research hiring (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape, competitor ecosystem, and market dynamics in the market research industry.
Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including talent mapping, market intelligence, and salary benchmarking.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS systems, recruitment analytics, reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and convince stakeholders and candidates.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to adopt emerging recruitment technologies and tools.
