Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, plant, corporate, and technical roles. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on hiring capability, and deep understanding of manufacturing talent markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid-level to senior positions
- Work closely with business leaders and plant heads to understand manpower needs
- Drive hiring for plant, engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and corporate roles
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, vendors, and direct headhunting
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closures
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups
- Maintain hiring data, reports, and recruitment metrics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong exposure to plant and factory hiring
- Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience with ATS, job portals, and recruitment analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- Experience working with multi-location plants or large manufacturing setups
