This role supports expansion across India and international markets, prioritizing strategic leadership recruitment to fuel growth in flexible workspaces.

Expertise in sourcing C-suite talent through discreet headhunting ensures alignment with ambitious scaling plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end leadership recruitment, including talent mapping, headhunting passive candidates, and assessments for senior roles in India and global markets.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to forecast needs, align hires with business goals, and manage expectations throughout the process.
- Optimize recruitment processes, track KPIs, and enhance employer branding to attract top executive talent.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years in talent acquisition, with proven success in leadership hiring, headhunting, and stakeholder collaboration
- MBA from a top B-school preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Boolean searches, networking, market intelligence, and ATS tools for international sourcing.
- Strong negotiation, influence, and analytical skills to deliver high-impact hires.
