Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across IT and Non-IT verticals, including US staffing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a strong track record of building high-performing hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor by providing insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and smooth onboarding processes.
- Conduct market research and provide data-driven hiring intelligence and analytics.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
- Drive recruitment process enhancements to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 7-10 years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Strong background in US staffing processes, compliance, and time zone-based hiring.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Experience in leading recruitment teams and optimizing hiring outcomes.
