We are hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring delivery, strategy, and team management for a fast- scaling global tech/ITES setup. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence on people strategy and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring expertise.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Optimize recruitment processes, assessments, and candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics, ensure data accuracy, and continuously improve TA performance.
- Leverage ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools for efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors effectively.
- Foster a positive candidate experience to support the organization's employer branding.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful TA Manager should have:
- Brings 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within ITES/technology services.
- Has proven success leading recruitment teams and delivering hiring at scale.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and the ability to partner with senior leaders.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Skilled in ATS usage, advanced sourcing, TA metrics, and process excellence.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
- Is comfortable working in shift timing 4PM to 1AM
