Role Overview:

Were hiring a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our hiring function across tech and non tech roles. This role will work closely with leadership and department heads to attract, evaluate, and hire high-impact talent. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong track record of building recruitment strategies that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:


- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.

- Partner with senior leadership and department heads for proactive workforce planning.

- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:


- Lead the full-cycle hiring process for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.

- Drive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.


Employer Branding & Outreach:


- Strengthen HYI.AIs employer brand across online platforms, job fairs, and events.

- Collaborate with Marketing/Design teams for recruitment campaigns and branding assets.

- Promote company culture and values in all hiring communications and touchpoints.


Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:


- Track, measure, and report key recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to join ratio, etc.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve funnel efficiency.

- Present monthly dashboards and hiring health reports to leadership.


Recruitment Tools & Vendor Management:


- Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment automation tools.

- Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and freelance sourcers as needed.

- Stay updated with recruitment tech trends and recommend process innovations.


Diversity Hiring & Inclusion Initiatives:


- Design and drive inclusive hiring practices to build a diverse team.

- Collaborate with HR to align TA goals with broader D&I and engagement strategies.


What Were Looking For:


- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.

- 5-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech/startup/IT/ITES environments.

- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, hiring best practices, and recruitment tools.

- Strong grasp of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience.


- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
