
Job Description:
- KREHSST Tech Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong understanding of IT hiring, particularly within the contract-to-hire (C2H) model.
- This role requires a strategic thinker who can not only execute but also contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with KREHSST's business goals and growth projections.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT recruiters, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics (e. , time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) and implement improvements.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including senior and niche positions, with a focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing.
- Ensure effective sourcing strategies are employed across various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry events, etc.
- Standardize and optimize candidate screening, evaluation, and interview processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage candidate expectations and negotiations for offer acceptance, including compensation, benefits, and notice periods.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e. , Sales, Project Managers, HR Business Partners) to understand staffing needs and provide strategic insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving requirements and ensuring timely and quality talent delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for complex recruitment challenges and client escalations.
