A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared services unit, is looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition in the insurance domain to be based in Pune.

Role Overview:

The Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the insurance operations domain, based in Pune. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Manager will be instrumental in building a high-performing team that drives business growth and achieves strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on insurance operations roles.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a strong fit with the organization's culture and values.

- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the talent acquisition process.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

- Contribute to talent management initiatives, such as employer branding and employee referral programs.

Required Skillset:

- Candidates with 13 to 15 yrs of experience in TA and 1+ yrs in hiring leadership roles.

- Demonstrable expertise in talent acquisition, specifically within the insurance domain.

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse roles.

- Strong understanding of insurance operations and the talent landscape within the industry.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
