Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Head - HR / CHRO Experience: 5 - 8 years Salary: 10 LPA - 15 LPA Industry: Environmental Services / Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Utilities Role Objective: To lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the organization, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent across functions and locations. The role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive recruitment excellence across senior, mid, and junior levels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans - Handle end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and operational roles across business units - Partner with business heads and hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies - Manage sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, and agencies - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical roles - Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing/HR teams - Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, offer-to-join ratio) - Implement and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices - Manage onboarding handover and ensure smooth candidate experience - Lead campus hiring and engagement initiatives with reputed colleges/universities Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - Experience in hiring across functions (tech/non-tech/ops) - Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decisions - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS systems, and recruitment dashboards - Knowledge of current industry trends and market benchmarking Educational Qualification: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute - 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Preferred Industry Backgrounds: - Environmental Services / Waste Management - Infrastructure & Urban Services - Manufacturing & Process Industries - Facility Management / Real Estate Operations - Logistics / Utilities / Energy
