Looking someone with strong TA Knowledge and ability to handle regions.

- Responsible for talent acquisition for lines of business operating in allocated region.

- Develop and execute recruiting plans for non-managerial positions for the region through applying various routes and mix of recruitment channels (internal referrals, recruitment consultants, job portals and other social networks).

- Ensure fulfilment within the stipulated cycle time and cost parameters

- Work to create a strong employer brand by partnering with external agencies and strengthening of internal employee referral scheme

- Work to build a strong network within and outside the organization. Do competition analysis and identify trends to tap suitable candidates
