Key Responsibilities


- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, staying personally involved in critical, niche, and senior-level technical hires.


- Lead and manage a Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely delivery, high-quality candidate pipelines, and successful closures.


- Manage technical hiring across both services and product teams to support business objectives.


- Manage recruitment vendors and staffing partners to ensure alignment with hiring goals and performance targets.


- Partner with senior leadership and business heads on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition goals.


- Oversee all HR operational functions, including onboarding, documentation, employee lifecycle management, and exits.


- Ensure seamless coordination for payroll, HRMS, compliance, and adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.


- Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR operational matters, addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues effectively.


What Were Looking For:


- Strong recruitment experience with expertise in leading Talent Acquisition efforts and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.


- Proven experience in IT Services and/or Product organizations with an understanding of technical roles and skillsets.


- Ability to work with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals and manage recruitment vendors and staffing partners effectively.


- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, including compliance, onboarding, payroll, HRMS, and employee lifecycle management.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment, with the agility to pivot and adapt as business needs evolve.


Requirements:


- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Human Resource Planning and Talent Acquisition leadership roles.


- 10+ years of work experience with HR Operations, managing both recruitment and HR functions.


- Ability to commute to the jobs location.
