Apart from core Talent Acquisition, the incumbent will also execute / support on various HR related activities/exercises from time to time. Responsibilities : - Drive 'Talent Acquisition' for the organization, PAN India - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria - Partner with recruitment agencies and periodically evaluate their performance as well as strategize the best use of vendor partnerships - Drive a team of in-house recruiters and as a team, stay abreast with high-performing talent in the sector - Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position - Managed end-end recruitment process and ensured employer branding is maintained by providing a seamless experience to the applicants/jobseekers - Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field Preferred Requirements : - Strong 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Generalist - MBA HR would be an advantage - Experience in a talent acquisition or similar role. - Experience in other HR activities - Designing/ executing Training, performance appraisal,employee engagement etc will be preferred. - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
