
Hiring: Manager - Talent Acquisition

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can thrive in a fast-moving, high-skill environment and help scale a world-class team for a leading firm in the HFT space. If you enjoy building talent pipelines for niche, highly competitive domains, this role gives you the freedom and responsibility to shape hiring strategy end-to-end.
What you'll do:
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent in a competitive market.
- Engage with industry communities, networks, alumni groups, and online platforms to bring in experienced professionals across finance, data science, and engineering.
- Drive employer-branding initiatives across campuses and online channels to strengthen visibility and attract high-potential candidates.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Support HR programs related to payroll, benefits, and employee initiatives as needed.
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and the ability to operate independently.
- Creative problem-solving with a knack for identifying talent in niche markets.
- At least 3 years of experience hiring for Technology, Hedge Funds, or Quantitative Finance roles.
- Proven success in scaling teams by sourcing top-tier finance, engineering, or data talent.
- MBA or equivalent from a premier institution: IIM, XLRI, MDI, TISS, NMIMS, or Delhi University.
