A valued client, Innoquest Consulting, a global leader in Healthcare services, is looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition for their Hyderabad location.

The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare roles, including RCM hiring, Medical Coding, AR Callers, and Clinical hiring.

Candidates should have strong experience in US Healthcare recruitment and be comfortable working in the UK shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare positions.

- Handle hiring for RCM roles, Medical Coders, AR Callers, and Clinical professionals.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

- Manage candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
