- Drive an effective target-mapping strategy to pipelining talent from premier tech product and global GCC ecosystems.

2. High-Volume & Shared Services Engine:

- Build, optimize, and manage a high-velocity hiring machine capable of delivering scale for operations, finance, HR services, and support functions.

- Implement automated assessment tools, video screening, and structured mass-hiring drives to accelerate the pipeline without sacrificing candidate quality.

- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing core metrics like Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Join ratios, and cost-per-hire.

3. Sourcing & Vendor Management:

- Progressively tilt the source mix toward direct channels, utilizing advanced sourcing platforms, executive networks, and internal referral programs to reduce agency dependency.

- Manage and optimize the vendor panel (RPO partners, contingent agencies, specialist headhunters); set performance metrics and run periodic evaluations.

4. Stakeholder Management & Governance:

- Act as a trusted talent advisor to cross-geography business leaders and international stakeholders to align workforce planning with hiring timelines.

- Establish interview compliance and governance; design standardized evaluation rubrics, train panel members, and enforce strict feedback loops.

- Leverage data and predictive metrics to deliver weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards to the leadership team.

5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

- Spearhead regional employer branding initiatives (hackathons, campus meetups, industry networks) to position the GCC as an employer of choice.

- Ensure a seamless, professional, and empathetic candidate journey across both high-touch leadership tracks and high-volume applicant tracks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 8 - 10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years leading teams within a GCC or captive offshore unit environment.

- Dual Capabilities: Proven track record of managing both highly technical/niche software engineering roles and volume-based operations or shared-services mandates.

- Tech-Savvy: Mastery of modern ATS platforms, AI-driven screening applications, and scaled pre-employment technical assessment tools.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong competency in metrics-driven operations, recruitment funnel diagnostics, and capacity forecasting.

- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the gravitas to collaborate effectively with global business headers across varying time zones.

Technical & Domain Expertise:

- CX & Billing: Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ, CDM, OFSC, Device Logistics.

- Oracle: Oracle FAW, FDI, OAC, OFSAA.

- Data & Technology: Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Modelling, Data Visualization, Java, .NET, Enterprise Technology.

- Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or Post Graduate Degree in HR or a related field is highly preferred.
