As a Manager of Talent Acquisition based in Bangalore, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment strategy to build high-performing teams that drive our organizational growth. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and department heads, translating complex hiring needs into actionable talent acquisition roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide the recruitment team to elevate their sourcing capabilities and candidate management skills, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Talent Acquisition and Leadership Hiring, with a proven track record of closing complex, senior-level mandates in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex organizational dynamics with ease.
- Possess a strong understanding of the Bangalore recruitment landscape, including market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
- Communicate with clarity and professional maturity, ensuring that both candidates and internal clients receive transparent and timely updates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, which provides the foundational knowledge for managing large-scale talent operations.
