Job Title: Manager - Talent Acquisition - FMCG


Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition


Job Summary:


We are seeking a strategic and proactive Manager Talent Acquisition with an MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School to lead the talent acquisition function for our FMCG organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in recruiting top talent across diverse functions within the FMCG sector, driving employer branding efforts, and delivering high-impact hiring strategies that support business growth and organizational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives and culture.


- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various FMCG roles including sales, marketing, supply chain, and corporate functions.


- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and HR teams to understand talent needs and create effective hiring plans.


- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice in the FMCG industry.


- Utilize data-driven recruiting metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve hiring processes.


- Source candidates through diverse channels including job portals, social media, direct sourcing, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.


- Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support for their professional development.


- Negotiate offers and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.


- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and competitive talent landscapes within FMCG.


- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment cycle.


Qualifications & Skills:


- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School with specialization in Human Resources or related fields.


- 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition within the FMCG industry.


- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and employer branding initiatives.


- Strong understanding of FMCG business functions and talent requirements.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and sourcing tools.


- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment data to drive decision-making.


- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop recruitment teams.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
