We are looking for Manager - Talent Acquisition for one of the FMCD company based in Gurgaon.
Location : Gurgaon
- Preference will be given to people those who are currently working in NON-IT Companies.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for creating and driving Talent Acquisition Strategy & Headcount Budgeting for the year.
- Lead the internal team & External vendors.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives like Diverse talent within the organization.
- Lead Senior Management orientation for the group.
- Create and execute a strategy for Employer Branding.
- Campus hiring and engagement.
Desired Skillset :
- Minimum 4-10 years of Experience in TA
- High on energy, passion, & analytical
- Business Acumen
- Team Management
