Manager - Talent Acquisition - Financial Services Firm
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 to 12 years of hands-on recruitment experience with at least 3+ years in BFSI/fintech/stock broking.
- Proven ability to close niche and critical roles (e.g., quant, algo devs, traders, compliance, sales leaders).
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for tech, trading, sales, research, and support roles.
- Strategise and execute hiring plans aligned with business objectives and headcount forecasts.
- Drive niche hiring for quant roles, algo trading, low-latency development, and broking operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment partners.
- Implement and optimise ATS, dashboards, and recruitment automation tools.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of high-potential candidates through proactive sourcing, referrals, and headhunting.
- Manage campus hiring from premier institutions (IITs, ISI, NITs, BITS, IIMs, etc.).
- Own recruitment KPIs such as TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes, internal audits, and SEBI/regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, for critical roles across technology, trading, sales, research, and support functions.
- Strategize and execute comprehensive hiring plans that are directly aligned with business objectives and evolving headcount forecasts.
- Drive niche hiring initiatives for highly specialized roles such as quant, algo developers, traders, compliance professionals, and sales leaders.
Pipeline Management & Sourcing:
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of high-potential candidates through proactive sourcing, targeted referrals, and strategic headhunting.
- Manage and expand campus hiring programs from premier institutions (e.g., IITs, ISI, NITs, BITS, IIMs) to attract top-tier early career talent.
Team Leadership & Optimization:
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and external recruitment partners, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Implement and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment dashboards, and automation tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.
Performance & Compliance:
- Own and drive key recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Hire (TAT), cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal hiring processes, audit requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines, including those from SEBI.
