Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with significant experience in recruitment, particularly with an educational institution background.
This role is crucial in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and strategic goals.
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and enhancing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership, HODs and hiring teams to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Enhance the institution's employer brand through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Actively participate in networking events, career fairs, and industry associations to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to identify potential candidates and market trends.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Post Graduate (PG) degree in Human Resources or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years specifically in recruitment.
Preference: Candidates with a background in educational institutions are highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate various job roles and requirements
