Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales hiring (inside sales)
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 recruiters to ensure timely and quality closures
- Build sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, social media & vendor networks
- Drive recruitment analytics and MIS reporting for leadership (DGM - TA)
- Enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment operations
Who Should Apply:
- 3-8 years of recruitment experience with proven expertise in bulk hiring
- Must have handled sales hiring at scale
- Prior experience in startups or e-commerce is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership & hiring strategy skills
- Exposure to ATS and recruitment dashboards is an added advantage
