Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders across FMCG verticals.
2. Drive end-to-end recruitment for sales (GT/MT), trade marketing, brand marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and HO roles.
3. Manage pan-India domestic hiring, including regional and frontline sales roles.
4. Build strong talent pipelines through market mapping, referrals, direct sourcing, job portals, and social hiring.
5. Work closely with HRBP and business heads on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
6. Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
7. Track and improve TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
8. Engage and manage recruitment vendors for volume or niche hiring needs.
9. Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
10. Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 3-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within FMCG or consumer goods.
2. Strong exposure to general trade, modern trade, and distributor-driven sales structures.
3. Proven experience in domestic, pan-India hiring.
4. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and vendor sourcing.
5. Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
6. Ability to work in high-pressure, target-driven hiring environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
2. Experience working in FMCG organizations or FMCG-focused staffing firms.
