Manager - Talent Acquisition BPO
Shift Timings: 10am to 7pm IST
Work Model: Hybrid
A Talent Acquisition (TA) BPO Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Employer Branding: Design and execute employer branding initiatives to promote the company's reputation and attract top talent.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage recruitment budgets and forecast staffing needs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and HR technology.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in talent acquisition or human resources, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP, are desirable.
