Role of TA Manager : The Manager shall be responsible for identifying human capital and building a team at ONE Muthoot and its partner companies. You shall be closely working with the Founding team and shall be hands-on in building and retention of the core team Prerequisites/Qualifications : - Experience of working in a startup or a mid-sized organization with hands on experience of building at least a 30 membered team - Master's degree in Human resource management/ Planning or equivalent with a work experience of at least 7-8 years Key activities : i. To partner with business to create a digital business vertical, with a focus on human resource management. ii. To establish a robust and effective talent acquisition process which would help to attract potential talent pool through effective use of different sourcing tools iii. Integrate Business strategy with people management practices; formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver prompt and value-added service to management and employees. iv. To contribute to a company's identity and reputation as an employer to attract and retain high-quality employees - to be and remain as an Employer of Choice. v. Handle vendor management and coordinate with finance team for invoice and billing. vi. Be a compliance champion and formulate efficient ways to ensure statutory compliances. vii. Ensure proper documentation and data sanctity for the business vertical. Preparing and maintaining HR dashboards and other periodic reports. viii. Conceptualize and drive initiatives to build a passionate and committed workforce who understands the purpose of the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Establish effective talent acquisition process which would help to attract potential talent pool through effective use of different sourcing tools - Develop hiring pipeline through key associations and campus engagements - Work with the management team to formulate and build employee collateral and scorecards - Identify and recruit across domains of Product, Digital marketing and Technology - Formulate the recruiting process for various domains and nurture the pipeline - Implement various talent acquisition, retention and motivation initiatives - Implement productivity management tools and reporting structures
