ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Manager - Talent Acquisition to join a leading General Insurance Broking organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and strengthening the organization's talent acquisition strategy across BFSI functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

- Manage recruitment for diverse BFSI functions including Insurance, Broking, Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Finance, HR and other corporate functions.

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks and direct sourcing.

- Drive passive talent acquisition and market mapping for critical and niche positions.

- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and joining follow-ups.

- Work closely with hiring managers to improve Time-to-Hire, candidate experience and hiring quality.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards and hiring trackers and provide regular hiring analytics to management.

- Develop effective sourcing strategies to improve recruitment turnaround time and cost efficiency.

- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across relevant digital and professional platforms.

- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Prior experience in BFSI, Insurance, Insurance Broking, Financial Services or related industries preferred.

- Strong understanding of BFSI talent markets and recruitment practices.

- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and senior-level hiring.

- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and direct sourcing.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
