Job Description:

We are urgently hiring for the position of Manager- Talent Acquisition for one of the Automotive MNC (Tier 1 Supplier) in Bangalore.

Experience: Should have 12+ Years of experience in Hard core Talent Acquisition from any Automotive Industry (Preferably Tier 1 Supplier).

Salary: As per company norms.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Full Time)

About the Role:

- Manager- TA will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition India, APAC and US (Shared Service).

- Will be heading TA functions of all the 6 Plants and R&D Centre in Bengaluru

- He/She will report to AGM- TA/TM and 2 Members team will report to him/her

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for open positions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies

- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment

- Enhance Employer Branding

- Monitor Recruitment Metrics

Requirements:

- Should be Engineering Graduate (BE/B.Tech) and MBA is preferable as Post Graduation

- Should have 12+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition from any Automotive Industry (Preferably Tier 1 Supplier)

- Should have Strong and Pleasant Personality with very good communication.

- Should be a stable candidate in terms of Job changes (At least 3+ Years in all the organizations in previous tenure)
