- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for key positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build a robust talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Monitor, analyze and report on recruitment metrics. Use data insights to optimize recruitment processes
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters
- Optimize vendor and RPO utilization
- Take ownership of campus recruitment

- Deep understanding of the hiring process
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related tools.

What are we looking for:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree, MBA/PGDM is preferred
- Big 4 experience preferred
