About the Role:

Pinclick is looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition & Team Building who will play a hands-on role in building and driving high-performing teams across the business.

This is a people-building and execution role, not a traditional HR position. The candidate will work closely with business leadership to identify talent requirements, recruit the right people, build teams and establish the operating discipline required to help those teams perform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and continuously strengthen Pinclick's sales, business development and support teams.

- Understand business plans and translate them into manpower and hiring requirements.

- Own the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer and joining.

- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.

- Identify high-potential candidates and build a pipeline for future requirements.

- Work closely with team leaders to understand performance and capability gaps.

- Help managers structure, onboard and ramp up new teams.

- Drive joining, induction and initial team integration.

- Track team strength, vacancies, hiring progress and attrition.

- Establish recruitment and team-building processes that can scale with Pinclick.

- Maintain regular hiring and manpower MIS for management.

- Build a strong culture of accountability, performance and ownership across teams.

- Support leadership in identifying future team leaders and developing the internal talent pipeline.
