
Role & responsibilities:
1. HR Business Partnering:
- Drive employee lifecycle interventions including onboarding, performance management, talent development and engagement.
- Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, policies and people-related matters.
- Monitor attrition, productivity, manpower costs and key people metrics and drive corrective actions.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for the Chennai Regional Office, from requirement understanding to joining.
- Work with business stakeholders to define role requirements, CTQs and hiring priorities.
- Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and candidate closure.
- Build and maintain critical talent pipelines for niche and business-critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to improve quality of hire, TAT and offer-to-join conversion.
3. Workforce Planning & Governance:
- Track approved HC, vacancies, hiring progress and workforce costs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compensation frameworks and HR governance.
- Provide periodic dashboards and insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Desired Profile:
- Experience: 6-10 years in HRBP and Talent Acquisition, preferably in a large corporate environment with experience in IT industry.
- Strong experience in business partnering, workforce planning and recruitment.
- Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle and talent management.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven approach with ability to translate HR metrics into business insights.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a regional setup.
