
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Pune, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact roles. You will collaborate closely with business heads and functional leads to translate organizational growth objectives into actionable hiring strategies. By spearheading leadership hiring initiatives and cultivating a compelling employer brand, you will directly influence the company's competitive edge in the talent market. Your work will ensure that the organization attracts top-tier professionals who align with our long-term vision, ultimately shaping the culture and operational excellence of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level mandates to ensure the organization secures high-caliber talent capable of driving business transformation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding campaigns to elevate the company's market presence and attract passive candidates from top-tier institutions.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define hiring roadmaps, ensuring that recruitment efforts are perfectly synchronized with shifting business priorities and growth targets.
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring funnel, reducing time-to-fill while maintaining a high bar for quality of hire.
- Mentor and guide the internal recruitment team to foster a culture of high performance, candidate experience excellence, and proactive talent pipelining.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex leadership hiring cycles, including executive search, compensation negotiation, and stakeholder management at the CXO level.
- Proven ability to design and implement employer branding strategies that resonate with niche talent pools and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret market trends and recruitment data, allowing for agile adjustments to hiring strategies in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, ideally supported by a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute.
