We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive the organization's hiring strategy. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent across functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven hiring expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function across multiple business units.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiters.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs.
- Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring initiatives.
- Build and strengthen talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
- Optimize sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and vendor partnerships.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Oversee offer negotiations, closures, and joining conversions.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer conversion, etc.) and improve efficiency.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
