Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies to attract, evaluate, and retain high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market positioning as an employer of choice.
- Oversee a seamless onboarding process that provides new hires with the knowledge, resources, and engagement needed to integrate successfully into the company culture.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) to continuously improve talent acquisition process.
Talent Engagement & Talent Development
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks that ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale, collaboration, and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and fostering open communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 7-12 years of strong, progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and team building.
- Mindset: A go-getter with a proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
- Professional Attributes: High levels of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence in managing people and processes.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership
