We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who excels in high-volume hiring and is passionate about building scalable recruitment engines.
This role will lead and grow the hiring function for Sales, Counselling, Operations, and Support roles in a fast-scaling organization.
What Youll Do:
- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring across multiple business units
- Build and implement mass hiring strategies for rapid scale-up
- Drive hiring events, job fairs, walk-ins, and large recruitment campaigns
- Manage sourcing through portals, social media, and agency partners
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and hiring forecasts
- Track hiring performance through daily and weekly dashboards
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring roles
What Were Looking For:
- 10+ years of recruitment experience with strong volume hiring expertise
- Proven success closing 50 to 200+ roles monthly
- Experience hiring for Sales, Counselling, Customer Support, or Operations
- Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
