About the Role:

In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth and success. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide a seamless experience for candidates, managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, helping to refine job descriptions and identify essential skills

- Provide regular updates on recruitment status and consult on hiring timelines and candidate expectations

- Address candidate inquiries promptly, providing information about the role and the organization

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process and positive candidate experience

- Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, and the flow of information throughout the hiring cycle

- Support offer negotiation and extension processes, handling pre-boarding documentation to ensure a seamless handover to the HR onboarding team

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and frequently recruited roles, identifying proactive sourcing strategies

Key Attributes:

- Proficiency in sourcing tools

- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and various sourcing techniques

- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR practices related to recruitment
