The position offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles while collaborating closely with leadership teams across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Engage with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies using professional networks, targeted search, and talent mapping.
- Conduct detailed screening, capability assessments, and candidate evaluations.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and process transparency.
- Maintain structured hiring dashboards, pipeline reports, and recruitment analytics.
- Partner with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and compliance processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with senior teams.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 10 days will be prioritized.
- Must be currently based in India for compliance and collaboration alignment.
